2025 Sewickley Night Mart Vendor Application

APPLICATION DEADLINE: MONDAY,  MAY 26, 2025
Applications received after May 26 will be considered for our waitlist in the event of a cancellation. 

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE: FRIDAY, MAY 30, 2025
Due to the high volume of application, we can only send out notifications of acceptance.  Acceptance emails will be sent out on or before Friday, May 30.  If you do not receive an acceptance email by that day, we thank you for your application, but please understand that it has not been accepted for the season.  

SEWICKLEY NIGHT MART DATES:

  • Friday, June 27 from 6-9pm
  • Friday, July 25 from 6-9pm
  • Friday, August 29 from 6-9pm

ARTISAN VENDOR COST: $100 (Per Event) Due at time of acceptance
FOOD VENDOR COST: $125 (Per Event) Due at time of acceptance

Sewickley Shop SVCC Member COST: $55 (Per Event) Due at time of acceptance
Sewickley Shop Non-Member COST: $100 (Per Event) Due at time of acceptance

I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST BE LICENSED AND HAVE THEIR PERMIT WITH THEM AT THE EVENT.
I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL BE ASKED TO HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF ADDITIONAL INSURED FOR THE BOROUGH OF SEWICKLEY AND THE SEWICKLEY VALLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ON FILE FOR 2025 WHEN NOTIFIED OF ACCEPTANCE
I UNDERSTAND THAT MY SPACE FOR THE EVENT WILL BE ASSIGNED TO ME BY THE CHAMBER PRIOR TO THE EVENT, HOWEVER DUE TO REAL LIFE ISSUES I MAY BE ASKED TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER SPOT UPON ARRIVAL.

Please indicate the following:

1. Food truck size and vehicle make and model.

2. Can food truck be unhitched?  Preference will be given to trucks that can unhitch due to lack of space.  

3. Please indicate space needs if you do not have a food truck and are using a tent.


I UNDERSTAND THAT I NEED TO BRING MY OWN SOUND EQUIPMENT AND TENT.

I UNDERSTAND THAT I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN 10X10 TENT, TABLES, CHAIRS.
I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF ADDITIONAL INSURED NAMING THE BOROUGH OF SEWICKLEY AND THE SEWICKLEY VALLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR 2025 IF ACCEPTED.
THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY FOR ARTISANS AT THIS EVENT. WE ASK YOU TO BRING SOLAR LIGHTS TO HELP BRIGHTEN UP BETWEEN 8-9PM DURING THE JULY AND AUGUST NIGHT MARTS.

EACH ARTIST/VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING SALES TAX. INSURANCE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ARTIST. ALL ARTISTS SHOULD HAVE BUSINESS LIABILITY INSURANCE.

I UNDERSTAND SALES TAXES AND INSURANCE IS MY RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SEWICKLEY VALLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
